Guided hikes from a 30-minute city overlook to a mountain waterfall trail, matched to your legs and the season. Backpacks provided, water and snacks packed, pickup and drop-off at your residence. Duration depends on location.

The Trails

Four hikes, easy to earned.

Every hike includes pickup and drop-off at your residence, a provided backpack, water and snacks, and me on the trail with you. Tell me your group's comfort level and I'll match the trail to it.

  1. Lone Mountain Easy · $30 each

    A 30-minute climb to a full-circle view of the Las Vegas valley. The best effort-to-view ratio in the city, and a perfect first desert hike.

  2. Red Rock Canyon Easy to Difficult · $80 each

    Trails available at every level, from canyon-floor walks to scrambles up the sandstone. I pick the route with you based on legs, weather and what's open.

  3. Mount Charleston · Mary Jane Falls Moderate · $80 each

    Three miles up the mountain to a spring-fed waterfall, through pine forest that runs 20 degrees cooler than the Strip. The summer escape hatch.

  4. Valley of Fire Easy to Difficult · $90 each

    Hike the red rock itself: wave formations, slot canyons and petroglyph routes. Trails at every level. Minimum 2 guests, maximum 4.

Ranger's note: summer heat closes some desert trails between May and October, and that's the season Mount Charleston shines. Book the hike, and I'll steer the location to the season.
